Can I ask for customizations to the way you film or edit?
Yes! Our team of creatives is here to make you stand out. We can even help make suggestions on unique ways we could film/photograph and edit that will make you top of mind for every seller.
How and when do I pay?
You will receive an invoice after we deliver your listing. You can pay online through our secure payment portal by apple pay or credit card. We also accept cash, cheque, e-transfer and direct deposits.
How do you send photos/video?
Once your property shoot is complete, and our team has finished editing, you will receive a link to your MLS page. All of your assets, such as branded videos, floor plans, 3D tours, etc, can be downloaded by logging into your personal Maddox Media client account.
How far in advance should I book?
One of the bonuses of working with Maddox Media is our large team of photographers and cinematographers. We offer flexibility in booking and can often accommodate next day bookings. If you’re looking for a specific time of day, it’s best to book 3-4 days in advance.
How long after you film or photograph do I get my photos/video?
All listings are delivered within 24 hours of photographing or filming. If you’re in a rush we do offer a same day editing for an additional fee.
Is the music you use in your videos licensed?
Our music is licensed for online use. If you have a specific genre or style in mind we can do our best to find a song that matches that.
What is a branded video?
A branded video can include your logo, contact information, headshot, slogan, or anything else you would like on it. To stay complaint with MLS guidelines we deliver both a branded video for you to use on your social media and other websites, and an MLS video which contains no branding.
